Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead S&OP process and manage demand, supply, and inventory planning.
Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while optimizing working capital.
Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure material availability and smooth production.
Work closely with Procurement to ensure timely sourcing and supplier performance.
Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics, preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experienced in SOP, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to be based at KITB Batang, Central Java.
