Ensure the implementation of company policies through regular monitoring and control, with a focus on attendance policy and overtime compliance
Take necessary action for policy violations as required
Assist in recruitment in performing on-site onboarding/orientation for new hires, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled according to the timeline
Assist the HR operations team in resolving employee grievances and other people issues on-site
Assist in ensuring that the Goals & Objectives, KPI setting, and performance processes meet their timelines by liaising directly with managers and staff on-site
Support the training specialist in ensuring on-site personnel comply with mandatory training requirements
Assist in preparing or delivering on-site training programs as needed
Assist in implementing various people-related programs or events on-site, such as coaching & mentoring, sports programs, and national/festive celebrations
Regularly monitor on-site people engagement through observation or data analysis
Propose initiatives to boost staff engagement on-site, evaluate effectiveness, and impact on work results
