Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control plans for MEP systems
Conducting regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve any quality issues
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate quality control activities
Documenting and reporting on quality control findings, and providing recommendations for improvement
Providing training and guidance to site personnel on quality control best practices
Maintaining detailed records and data to support continuous quality improvement

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the construction industry
Proven track record of implementing effective quality control systems for MEP systems
Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
