Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Work with management to determine staffing needs.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company goals.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Organize employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Support performance review processes, including goal-setting and feedback.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Plan company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with focus on recruitment, employee relations, administration, and payroll. Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Bar, and Lifestyle is preferred.
Experience in facilitating employee training, career development, and onboarding new hires.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Ability to manage confidential employee information and handle personnel matters with the highest discretion.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees across all levels.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple HR tasks in a fast paced environment.
Positive, proactive attitude, with a passion for cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
A true team player, ready to collaborate with various departments to achieve HR and organizational goals.
Immediate availability is preferred.
